Sales success for RR Bloodstock at Arqana Vente d'Elevage

One day before the end of this year's Arqana Vente d'Elevage, Ronald Rauscher Bloodstock can already look back on a strong result. Seven of the nine fillies and mares on offer were sold, with Park Wiedingen's DEIA emerging as the top consignment. The four-year-old Gr.3-placed DEIA is a full sister to 2017 Horse of the Year DSCHINGIS SECRET and the 2018 Derby runner-up DESTINO. The Soldier Hollow daughter was knocked down to Westerberg Ltd. for €600,000. Also by Soldier Hollow are the Gr.3-placed Park Wiedingen fillies WISMAR and DIBUJABA. Both left the ring for €90,000 and €120,000 respectively. AMABELLE achieved a top price as well. The Danehill Dancer daughter is the dam of Gr.2 winner AMAZING GRACE (Protectionist). The mare, who is again in foal to Protectionist, went to Australian Bloodstock for €300,000. The seven mares consigned averaged a very satisfactory price of € 164,000.
