Top HIT sales: First win in first start

Ronald Rauscher Bloodstock acquired a total of eight horses at last year's Tattersalls HIT in the fall for Australion Bloodstock's interests. Among them the 40,000 guineas purchase Grande Rumore, who made a successful debut for the new owners. The filly scored over 1200 m at Canterbury on April 7 in Australian Bloodstock colours.
In detail, the HIT consignments were: Fifth Position (180,000 guineas) and Brian Epstein (60,000 guineas) for Mick Price, King's Charisma (170,000 guineas) for Ciaron Maher and Mankayan (95,000 guineas) for Ciaron Maher. For the Australian top trainer Kris Lees we acquired Daysan (75,000 guineas), Winter Thorn (55,000 guineas), Mayfair Spirit (52,000 guineas) and the aforementioned Night of Thunder filly Grande Rumore (40,000 guineas).
