Articus (FR) showing promise for future group carreer.

Articus (FR) (Areion - Almerita) started for the first time in Germany last weekend winning the Preis von Dahlwitz (LR) 2.000m in Hoppegarten-Berlin. Owned by Dr. Christoph Berglar and trained by Waldemar Hickst in Cologne the four year old colt met strong opposition and made it look easy beating several group winners and performers under Stephen Hellyn. In his previous five starts all in France, Articus (FR) was a winner of two and could be pointed towards a GR II race at Baden-Baden the end of May.
